These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding contract between the individual course provider (“Provider”) and the enrolled participant (“Learner”). By purchasing or accessing the Engineering Dynamics-An Analytical treatment for Engineers online course (“Course”), the Learner acknowledges and agrees to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Course Access and License
Upon receipt of full payment, the Provider grants the Learner a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access the Course materials for personal educational purposes only. The Learner shall not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or otherwise exploit the Course materials without the prior written consent of the Provider. Unauthorized sharing of login credentials or course content constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
2. Fees and Refund Policy
All fees must be paid in full in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise prior to access being granted. Due to the digital nature of the Course, all sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be provided once access has been granted.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All Course content, including but not limited to videos, lecture notes, diagrams, scripts, and assessments, are the intellectual property of the Provider. The Learner acknowledges that no ownership rights are transferred under this Agreement. Any unauthorized use of the Provider’s intellectual property may result in legal action.
4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Course is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional certification, licensing, or guarantee of employment. The Provider makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the applicability of the Course content to any specific professional or academic outcome. The Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Learner’s use or misuse of the Course content.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
The Provider may collect personal information such as name and email address solely for the purpose of administering the Course. The Provider shall not sell or disclose Learner information to third parties, except as required by law. The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Learner’s access to the Course in the event of a breach of this Agreement. No refunds shall be issued in cases of termination due to misconduct or violation of these Terms.
6. Payment Processing
All payments for the Course shall be processed through third‑party service providers (such as PayPal, Stripe, Razorpay, or other authorized gateways). The Provider does not collect or store payment card details directly and shall not be liable for any errors, delays, or security breaches arising from the use of such third‑party services. The Learner is responsible for ensuring that accurate payment information is provided and for reviewing the applicable terms and privacy policies of the chosen payment provider prior to completing a transaction. Any disputes relating to payment processing shall be addressed directly with the relevant third‑party service provider, without prejudice to the Learner’s rights under this Agreement.
7. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Provider and the Learner with respect to the Course and supersedes all prior discussions, communications, or agreements, whether written or oral.
9. Entire Agreement
By enrolling in the Course, the Learner affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
